Vendor Registration
Wachusett Mountain accepts all vendor registrations through our online system. Registration will be open in early May. Please check back during that time for further information, or feel free to email [email protected] with specific questions.
Sign up for our newsletter for the latest updates.
To ensure fairness, all artist, craft, and food truck vendors must complete a juried application.
Applications will be emailed after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Consideration will be given for those that apply early, but also for the quality, uniqueness, and presentation of goods.
You must provide:
- A written description of your offerings
- Photos of your booth setup and products
- Registration payment
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Wachusett Mountain reserves the right to decline any application. If rejected, your payment will be fully refunded.
Vending at the Mountain
We welcome food trucks, trailers, and concession stands that are well-maintained and presentable.
All food vendors must submit required Westminster Board of Health documentation at least 30 days before their first event.

To give guests variety, Wachusett makes a concentrated effort not to overbook food trucks of the same type. We welcome vegan, vegetarian, and unique applicants. Consideration is given to trucks that match festival themes, i.e. BBQFest.
We encourage vendors offering locally made and handcrafted items, with limited exceptions.
All craft vendors must fit within a 10’x10′ booth space. Booth space cannot be shared by vendors, unless given express permission otherwise.
All goods and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
Booths are available indoors (in the lodge) or outdoors (on festival grounds), depending on the event.
- Outdoor vendors must bring their own tents. We do not provide space under festival tents.
- Tents must be secured by sandbags, no staking is allowed on the grounds.
- Booth assignments are based on preferred zones, but final placement is determined by our staff. Booth locations may be adjusted at any time, for any reason.
- Returning vendors are not guaranteed their previous spaces.
Booth sizes and electrical availability vary by location. Please contact us with specific questions.
Larger 10’x20′ double booths can be requested. Purchase two registration spaces upon application. Larger spaces will be granted on a case-by-case basis and are not to exceed 10′ in width.
Premium booth spaces are available for an extra fee. These are in high-traffic areas such as entrances, main walkways, or near entertainment.
Note: Booths larger than 10’x10′ are not eligible for premium placement.
Businesses offering commercial services or non-handmade goods should reach out via the contact form on our Partners page to explore sponsorship opportunities.
Due to limited electrical hookups:
- All vendors must request electricity during registration.
- No day-of requests will be accepted.
- Food vendors must send photos of cords, plugs, and adaptors with their application.
Booth sizes and electric capabilities vary—contact us with any questions.
Vendors must remove all trash related to their booth.
Trash fees will apply if excessive waste is left behind.
Repeated violations may result in being barred from future events.
Beverage Sales
Polar Beverages is the official beverage provider for Wachusett Mountain Festivals. All soft drinks and water for sale by vendors must be Polar products.
If you have any trouble purchasing stock, please let us know and we can help connect you directly with Polar.
At this time, Wachusett Mountain cannot accept requests for outside vendors serving alcoholic beverages. If you are interested in becoming an official partner through our Food & Beverage programs, please reach out to the mountain directly.

Each Wachusett festival features a wide array of terrific food trucks, in addition to delicious food prepared and cooked in-house by our team. We ask that guests do not bring in outside food or beverages. Coolers are not permitted.
All Wachusett Mountain festival events are held rain or shine. In the event that weather is inclement, we will make all efforts possible to move vendors and entertainment inside of the lodge.
During our festival season we run a round-trip SkyRide. Tickets are sold separately, and a festival ticket is required to ride. Festival and Skyride combo packages are available online.
It is possible to drive your car close to the summit of the mountain. The access road is located through the DCR entrance about ½ mile up the road from the ski area entrance.
It’s typically open Memorial Day to late October.
