2024 Festival Vendor Registration

Vendor Reg. Header (1)

Festival season at Wachusett Mountain offers concession and craft vendors the opportunity to connect with thousands of attendees from Massachusetts and beyond. Each festival is a uniquely themed weekend of live music, stage shows, contests, roaming entertainment, field games, and more!

Please look over the below registration options carefully.

Booth Types

Artist/ Craft Booth Spaces are for vendors selling handmade or highly curated crafts and goods.

Food Truck Spaces are for food concession vendors with vehicles or large service stations. If you serve food products but are a smaller vendor who can fit in a 10’x10′ space, you may still qualify for an Artist/Craft booth. Email <[email protected]> for any clarification needed.

Companies offering commercial services or goods are invited to visit our Sponsorship Page to learn more about opportunities to join us on the Mountain!

Locations

Booths for Artist/Craft vendors are sold inside the lodge and outside on festival grounds, depending on the festival. Outdoor vendors must provide their own tent coverage unless specified otherwise.

Food Trucks must register for electricity at time of check-out if needed to vend. Booth sizes and electric capabilities vary per location, please contact us with specific questions. At this time, we do not plan to offer vendor spaces under our large tents.

This year, vendors will select a booth based on their preferred zone and the Wachusett Mountain team will assign exact booth locations. Spaces held in previous years are NOT guaranteed. Wachusett Staff still reserve the right to move your booth location at any time, for any reason. Please note that trash fees are required and must be added at the time of registration.

In the interest of fairness, ALL artist & craft and food truck vendors this year must go through a juried application process, Applications will be emailed shortly after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Please send any questions to <[email protected]>
